RS&H’s project controls group comprises former contractors who have served in various ownership and executive roles. RS&H has a team of experienced Resident Project Representatives (RPRs) who oversee the construction of aviation projects on both landside and airside. Our RPRs perform rigorous reviews of material submittals to confirm materials are installed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and manufacturer instructions. We proactively look ahead to identify issues before they occur to prevent any impacts to the schedule or quality of a project. RS&H professionally manages RPR services to ensure projects are constructed in compliance with all FAA, state, and local agency specifications.

RS&H cost estimates go beyond estimating via average unit prices. We provide contractor-style, bottoms up cost estimates using contractor estimating software, or estimates focusing on the primary cost drivers to provide accurate estimates while meeting client budgetary constraints. Our cost estimates reflect market conditions including increasing demand, shortage of resources, and labor constraints which have led to significant cost increases across all markets.
RS&H has capabilities to provide both field and laboratory inspection services, including Nondestructive Testing (NDT) methods, QC/QA, and physical testing. Our team of nationally recognized experts are trained and certified in multiple disciplines related to structural welded and bolted connections, coatings, Metals NDT, and fabrication QA/QC.
