RS&H Names New Leadership for Infrastructure Operations

[Jacksonville, FL] RS&H announces two seasoned associates to lead organizational Infrastructure efforts. With more than 30 years of experience for each associate, Jim Hullett, Senior Vice President, is named east region leader for infrastructure and Chad Critcher, PE, DBIA, Senior Vice President, is named design-build leader across all infrastructure operations. This effort comes at a time of organizational strengthening for RS&H to continue to provide excellent client service.

New-Leadership-for-Infrastructure-Operations-chad-critcher--jim-hullet-1During Jim’s more than 18 years at RS&H, he has served as the National Transportation Market Leader, Mid-Atlantic Region Leader for Transportation-Infrastructure, and Operations Manager for Transportation-Infrastructure. Prior to his new role, he led the development and execution of Transportation market’s annual business plan, ensured successful accomplishment of sales and financial goals, led strategic growth and expansion efforts and actively participates in professional organizations.

Prior to his new role, Chad served as the East Region Leader for Infrastructure. During his 15-year tenure at RS&H, he has served in management roles on prominent projects, including large, accelerated design-build projects. He is heavily involved with the American Road & Transportation Builders Association as Planning and Design Division President and moderated state leaders’ Engineering Issues panels during the American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials regional meetings.

“We feel it is important to establish a position that will work in conjunction with our region and consulting leaders to keep us strong in the Alternative Delivery market” said Rodney Bishop, PE, Executive Vice President of Infrastructure. Bishop goes on to add “We want to ensure we are aligned with the company and operational objectives.”
