The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) is designed to change how we view infrastructure. The Acosta Bridge over the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, Florida has long been a focal point on July 4. On Independence Day, the bridge has been the launch pad for the fireworks that light up Downtown and the city’s South Bank.
