Mason Mattos Joins RS&H as Vice President and Leader of Florida Healthcare Market

[Jacksonville, FLA] National employee-owned architecture, engineering and consulting firm RS&H is proud to announce the appointment of Mason Mattos, AIA, NCARB, EDAC, as Vice President and leader of the firm’s Florida region healthcare market. With over 23 years of architectural experience, including 18 years dedicated to healthcare design, Mattos brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic vision, and leadership to this vital position. 

A distinguished healthcare architect, Mattos has built a career centered on delivering exceptional environments that prioritize patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and adaptability to meet future needs. His impressive portfolio includes complex healthcare projects spanning micro-hospitals, advanced surgical centers, and expansive hospital renovations. Mattos is recognized for his expertise in evidence-based design. This methodology integrates clinical research and data to enhance patient and staff well-being by developing optimized architectural solutions.
