Brendan Carroll to Lead RS&H’s Transportation Services in Colorado

Denver, ColoradoRS&H announces the promotion of Brendan Carroll, PE, CFM, to the position of Colorado Transportation Market Leader. Brendan is based in the firm’s Denver office and previously served as the Water Resources Group Leader.  

Carroll was recognized in 2023 as an ENR Mountain States Top Young Professional. He has led multiple projects for the City of Boulder and the Colorado Department of Transportation, including North I-25 Express Lanes, Pena Boulevard Final Design and US 34D and SH 60 Letter of Map Revision-Based Support. He was also named RS&H’s Project Manager of the Year in 2021 for his work on this North I-25 Express Lanes project. He serves on the board of directors for MOVE Colorado, a transportation advocacy group that works with industry partners, public officials and the public to advance financial solutions for a Colorado multi-modal transportation system. With nearly two decades of experience, these accolades demonstrate Carroll’s exceptional commitment, grit, and outstanding contributions to the success of the company.

In his new role, Carroll will work towards the continued growth and success of RS&H’s transportation services in the Colorado area.
