RS&H is trailblazing a new path for Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and the rest of the country with a first of its kind interstate commercial vehicle lanes (CVLs) project.

RS&H serves as the owner’s representative for the P3 Program, which is a part of Governor Larry Hogan’s $11 billion Traffic Relief Plan.

As part of our Statewide Planning and Design On-Call Services contract, RS&H provided environmental, planning, and design services for the $300-million addition of express lanes to I-485.

RS&H provided design services for the Florida Turnpike Enterprise’s (FTE) All-Electronic Toll (AET) Phase 8 Ticket System, converting 148 miles of the Turnpike mainline to cashless toll collection.

RS&H is serving as engineer-of-record for three segments of the expressway representing over $459 million in total construction costs: SR 23/US 90 interchange (completed), Clay north, and Clay south.
