Empowering our Young Professionals

RS&H’s Design Academy empowers emerging professionals through an eight-week program focused on “the business of design,” as National Design Director Philip Robbie describes it. Covering 16 design topics—like data-driven tools, sustainability, and business ownership—the academy connects participants with subject matter experts, fostering growth and multi-generational collaboration. Robbie sums it up: “If we want people to be successful, we need to help put them in a position where they can be successful… The world needs more architects that make a fuss.”
