Tara Wineinger​

As Chief People Officer, Tara will design and lead the strategy and processes for building, engaging, and retaining RS&H’s exceptional workforce. She brings a unique blend of more than 30 years of experience to the leadership team with expertise in developing and implementing integrated strategies, building partnerships across organizational levels, and leveraging transparent communication to drive consensus. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Texas A&M University and a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is also a certified Gestalt Coach (GCCP) and completed the Leading with Finance program through Harvard Business School.
