As Chief Legal Officer Marlon leads RS&H’s in-house legal team. He oversees all legal activities for the firm including RS&H’s corporate governance, commercial and government contracts, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and litigation matters. With over 35 years of experience, Marlon was first an associate and partner for two large, international law firms. He then served as senior vice president and general counsel of a digital advertising and marketing company. He received his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and his JD from Emory University where he served on Law Review.
