Henry Puente

Henry has been on RS&H’s Board of Directors since 2016 where he serves on the audit committee. He brings 40 years of executive experience in finance, operations, and mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries. He is the CEO of the Ware Group, Inc. and sits on the Board of Directors of Johnstone Supply, a heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration wholesaler cooperative with over $2.4 billion in sales. He was also elected to the University of North Florida Foundation Board in July 2020. Henry graduated with an accounting and business degree from the University of Florida and received an MBA from the University of North Florida.
